Marc Tobias, Tobias Bluzmanis, and Matt Fiddler gave a presentation at DefCon 19 on our research into KABA push-button locks. This demonstration involves the Simplex 1000, the e-Plex 5000, and the 5800.

Kaba denied all of our findings and said the lock could not be opened in the methods we demonstrated. Watch the video. We identified nine design defects in our research.
